I keep my smile away from you
I make sure it is perfectly hidden
So that you won't see
I keep my laughter to myself
Swallowing air every time I have a need
So that you won't hear
I keep my distance from you
To keep your nose from smelling my aroma
So that you won't smell
I keep my lips to myself
Far far away from you
So that you won't taste
I stay as far as possible
A hundred feet away from you
So that you won't touch
This is the easiest way
For me to admire you
So that I won't get hurt
Yet is it possible
That you admire me too?
Do you do as i do?
I'm sure that I admire you
But yet I wonder very often
Do you truly love me?
Author notes
This goes out to "Pepe". It's been a couple of years, but yet I still remember you. Love you so much!
