Author notes

This was a song I'd written for music composition class. I had spent forever thinking about writing this, but never actually brought myself to it until 2 hours before I was supposed to go in and record it!

And somehow I managed to scramble this into some kind of cohesive lyric for the song!

I know it's nothing profound, but it was for the sake of the song, and it was a gift for someone very special.

And it says all it needs to!

    "although we're oceans apart, I'm still with you;"- I love this... It makes me happy, it makes me sad... I just love the love that I can picture in that little line. It's like, You're far away but I'm still with you. I still love you.
    UGH.
