I want to be a drug addict
Feel the needles pierce the skin
I want to be a hooker
Lose a piece of myself with every man
I want to be abused
Cover bruises with heavy makeup
I want to be a hobo
Blisters on my feet and stomach always grumbling
I want to be all those things you told me not to
Just to see what you'd do
Mommy, I want to be what you criticized
Just to see what you'd say
People don't mean to do those things, Mommy
Accidents happen, people make bad choices
I'll never be like them, but sometimes I wish I would
Just to see you eat your words
Author notes
Honestly, no clue where that came from. Just came into my head and started writing itself, basically.

Wow this is good. I really like it. We always want to do what our parents tell us not to just to see how they react. This was well written. You did a very good job. Thanks for entering and good luck.

Haha, I love this. I have said similar things to my Daddy, that didn't go over so well... Best of luck my friend! I want to be a hooker! JUST KIDDING!
