In this entire cosmos...

Missing image
Oh God

I am truly downhearted
the nascent costume of my soul is untidy
since I could not take care of it

and now when I do an exercise to launder the muddiness
by the all corporeal laundering devices
my soul is not sanitized
making me fatigued and de-motivated

I do request you to show mercy on me
purifying my soul once again
as you are the only unequivocal filtering engine
in this entire cosmos

Oh God...

i like how you can incorporate direct speech and an anology into the one poem so fluently, makes me want to practise. nice write! And to agree with Midnight Raeven, i dont normally read spiritual pieces either, but this may have turned me. (:

Interesting poem, I usually don't read the poems that are spiritual because I don't always agree with the religions, but all in all you pulled this one off.

You made people think about what is going on around them and the many different things that could make you low and your soul lower.

Suggestion, go outside sit with your back up against a nice solid tree (oak or birch) breathe in..release..Just close your eyes and allow the tree to ground you and make it all better. You will feel the tiredness and the overwhelming sensations of your soul being unhealthy wash away as if the tree is taking it for you, slowly you will begin to feel a great warmth inside you, when you feel better. Stand up wrap your arms around the trunk and thank the tree.

    You are so right ...

    Titus 3:5
...not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit,

    A lovely sharing ...

and sincere poem that realizes we are just small and must 'ask' to 'receive' ... and know that we are not alone! I so appreciated the following quote on your home page and concur with what it says:

"What I experience about poetry due to my own interpretation is that it can unseal the mysteries of this awesome nature... This awesome nature envelops each tingle...Each ambience of pondering...Each bond between all living beings... Each thought provoking phenomenon over this Earth."

    Keep the faith, joy
