My boyfriend (now ex) and I were having some problems. We had been together for thirteen and a half months. We made it past our fourteenth month mark but not by much.

This is a wonderful poem on so many many levels. It reminds me of when i was younger. I can feel the emotion so deeply.
I loved the way you encorperated picking the petals of in your poem. It flowed woderfuly and make my hart sing. This is a beautiful poem that though sad brought a smile to my face. -
I can feel the emotion straight away in this poem, I like your creativity, as though you are picking the petals off. I have to admit, I've done this before as funny as it sounds.

I love how you made it as though you were telling a poem but you were picking petals off of a flower as well. it's a very good piece. we all have our ups and downs in relationships and sometimes you wonder "does he love me or not". excellent write. thank you for entering and good luck.
