When you lay down at night
can you close your eyes and rest
remembering how you have done others
putting their love through a test
cheating, stealing and wanting more
their tears pouring from you insolence
do you care that you closed the door
on their heart loving you anymore
You believe their love will not die
this is the end, a simple goodbye
