As I sit here contemplating this poem, I wonder where all the years have gone. The days, weeks and months seem to run endlessly on, never stopping to relish our time here. Time goes on.
As the days seems to meld into one long year, I think of all the good times, good friends and good memories that have come upon me throughout my life. Life itself is good, what you do with it is up to you. Time goes on.
Ever wonder what happened to all the people you have met along the way? Ever wonder what would've been, had you not done the things you have done? Ever wonder why you are where you are at, now, and what you could've done to change this?
Time goes on.

I love your poem.. Mom told me you were on here so I looked you up... (smiles)... Your poem is very soul searching... deep in alot of ways... looking back on what has been can be wonderful and sad at the same time sometimes.... I loved it!!!Tanya

I am not a greeter, but once in a while I pop over to new authors to the site...and find wonderfulw riting. I am a free verse poet and this really perks with potential for such.

There are some deep thoughts and personal reflection infused within the lines that grace the page as well. Thank you for sharing your words with me and best wishes to you in all of your endeavors. Keep that quill dipped in ink and ever ready for use dear poet. On a side note, this is just purely a matter of personal preference, but it often makes you work appear more presentable if you shorten the lines and elongate your work, giving it that traditional appearance of a poem. Your words can remain the same and state the same thing, but it just looks more appealing to the reader. You have a thoughtful poem here. Just dress it up a little!
