Missing image

they left shores,
whole

some returned home,
broken

with love,
hope and honor

souls healed

    Thank You!!

Thank You for Your entry: The Power of Honor
This piece tugged hard at Spirit and while I was reading which I did several times~ after inhaling I instantly got the word: Normandy
but strangely enough also images of men in waters...trying to stay afloat yet seeing sharks circling~ hearing reference to phrase: Sea of Blood
I keep hearing the words: Man Down-
    and reference to: Johnny
Now I'm being shown a scene from The Titanic when Rose was talking to Jack but his body was in the water...I'm being nudged to forward the phrase from Jack: I don't know about you, but I intend on writing a strongly worded letter to the White Star Line about all of this. You're gonna go on, and make lots of babies, and watch them grow. You're gonna die an old lady, warm in her bed. Not here, not this night. Do you understand me? Winning that ticket, Rose, was the best thing that ever happened to me... it brought me to you. And I'm thankful for that, Rose. I'm thankful. You must do me this honor, Rose. Promise me you'll survive. That you won't give up, no matter what happens, no matter how hopeless. Promise me now, Rose, and never let go of that promise.-
It feels like *the promise* was the glue in bonding...what kept the Soul intact~ knowing Home will come soon I kept getting a reference to
    Like a purpose served~
    Hopefully that makes sense
Powerful images You have brought forth

    These words grabbed and pulled~
    some returned home, broken
    Touching Voice spoken (Message)~

Thank You for sharing Your Heart also Spirit!
Best wishes to You in the contest Sweet Soul
    **Judging will be done shortly...
    Many blessings too
    and much love~ Desire~*~~*~

My family and I are among the lucky ones to a certain extent. My uncle came back from Iraq injured. With time and a whole lot of love he is finally getting better. Hopefully, all our soldiers will come home soon. Juls
