The heat of the sun touches our skin,
the feeling so warm for summer is here.
Friends are saying out loud for something,
bonding with adventure is what we need.
Trip to a place full of enjoyment,
near the beach for a great summer experience.
Travel ten hours riding a bus,
with treasured friends and full of fun.
Check-into a resort full of ambiance,
in a province so peaceful and nice.
The blue lagoon so cool in the eyes,
with fresh beach water and refined sand.
Our room so relaxing with great interior,
how we feel at home seen in our laughters.
We explore around the province,
find spots with significance and beauty.
We've been to waterfalls so far to reach,
one kilometer and half walking it was.
But it was worth walking that far,
for seeing the beautiful waterfalls amazed us.
The nature tripping we have been through,
is very different and that's true.
Just think how you feel when it's first time,
exploring a province so interesting and new.
We look for a hidden treasure our guide said,
curiosity was running in through our minds.
Hidden Treasure is not gold bars and diamonds,
it is a view from a mountain of land and rocks.
The view of the wide blue sea and the green island,
brought us a perfect feeling we never had.
The place was indeed a treasure to cherish and care of,
a hidden treasure that are only few people knows.
Treasured memories is what we felt,
along a summer trip with friends that we had.
Eating lobsters and swimming at the blue beach,
are simple but really treasured moments.
The different shots of different poses and smiles,
are really great to look back in our digital cam.
Now we travel back to our different homes,
priceless moments will remain a treasured moments.

I love this poem. Brought back memories of going to Fall Creek Falls State Park for a week, the end of May, in Tennessee. So beautiful! Enjoyed the read! Thank you for entering my contest.

From the Philippines! Suwerte...sorry...lucky! I really liked this, it is inspiring. And this:
The view of the wide blue sea and the green island,
brought us a perfect feeling we never had.
The place was indeed a treasure to cherish and care of,
a hidden treasure that are only few people knows.
That was just simply wonderful. It is really very amusing. I'd like to go back to the Philippines someday. Maybe I can be inspired by the landscape, cause the last time I went there was before I got into writing.
But this is remarkable. I like it!
Good luck!
