He lived within a home where he was never heard,
kept silenced and alone never allowed to speak a word.
Tears were never seen from eyes seeing through drugs,
this child silenced never felt love ,never felt a hug .
" DEPRESSION OVER RIDES" "DIMMING THE LIGHT"
He wants to hurt them and show them his pain,
finds himself cutting himself again and again .,
Only they blame him for this destruction at hand,
leaving the child silenced once again.
"CUTTING OVER RIDES" " SHUTTING DOWN THE MIND"
He knows not of others ones who really cares,
he hides his feelings no one is aware .
In his mind so alone takes his life one day,
everyone pretends they are shocked yet they paved the way.
"SUICIDE OVER RIDES" " KNOW ONE SAY THE PAIN IN HIS EYES"
Now within the darkness as he looks down at his friends,
he sees tears and such sorrow from ones he tricked with his grins.
Unknowing of his pain those who truly cared,
they could have been his salvation if he had only shared.
"DARKNESS OVER RIDES " FOR THE SILENCED CHILD GOODNIGHT "

symptoms
talks very little and when they do talk their head is held down low
Eyes never focused at you always shifting to other locations
Figeting hands and shuffling feet when asked a question
Loves the dark places for it gives them a place to hide away from the world
very few friends if any that comes to the home
School work is nil for their minds cant focus on it when their world is falling apart
Reason
parents on drugs and this includes alcohol when parties are their main agenda of every day
Both parents working leaving the children to fend for themselves
Too tired to care when you get home and yet left alone even more
Parents who dont listen they just yell commands and then leave again
Split up homes and the parents fighting and the kids feel its their fault
Drugs in the home where the children begin useing yet the parents never see
Cure
Think about this at your place of work if your boss acted towards you as you do your children would you stay
When you were growing up and your parents acted as though you were just a fixture would you have stayed
And when you got married and had such love why did it go away
NEGLECT and yes it has a heck of a price your looking at it today
