Smooth sand glides under a sole
Guiding the way
Leaving an impression behind
Cool grass tickling a sole
Tracing the grooves
Sparking a feeling
Warm water flows through a sole
Cleansing it's nature
Refreshing the mind
Author notes
soles, souls, soles....what are we left to ponder...
apparently i have no soul...but in fact they still hurt...

A wonderful poem filled with words that can work two different ways. Homophones... good to play with!
