You said,
You thought our friendship was over,
You said forever was over.
I didn't know it,
But I guess it is.
I thought,
We could get through whatever was happening to you.
I guess I was wrong.
I guess,
Forever is over.
Our friendship was immortal,
But,
It was killed,
With a stake to our hearts.
A lament,
We both share,
A song we both sing.
Friends are supposed to be forever.
I guess forever is over.
I guess,
Our immortality is gone,
And dead,
Laying in a fire,
Torn to shreds.
Forever is over,
But I don't want it to be.

That's good. I know the feeling.
