Cradled in the arms
of her motherly figure
rocking so slowly,
the wind does admire –
the soft scents of spring
lingering upon every soft branch
greening leave, budding flower –
Delicately molded around her child
holding her, ever so softly in her hands –
rough callus of her love
leaving barks’ impression
upon tentative skin
governed only by
Mother’s intuition;
her love of her child
sweet smile, in her arms
even sweeter memories,
made –
there in her arms.

Prompt:
Intuition
I didn't use the word directly in my poem, but more of a thought. Not more of an action, though I would have liked. I was aiming for it, but I didn't actually get to it... As I wanted to.
Hopefully it's not too long...

This was fantastic, that's what I got out of this poem, the mother's intuition to love, protect, with gentle arms, to keep the rough bark away from her child, she takes it upon herself, this was beautiful, you brought the imagery right into eyesight. I loved this. good luck.
