Dancing the hours away

across a keyboard
of life

fingers dance
their own tune

uncaring of
who is watching

listening to
just a beat

Hmm. Plainly put but it still has a good meaning. The poem wasn't the best in technicality to me. That's my only thing.

creating poetry on a keyboard is the only way I write anymore. There is something about touch and chatter of keys helps me speak my language. Beautifully, simply, done.

Loved this, and my muse can be a bit of a workaholic at times as I too have found myself furiously tapping the keys into the wee hours. All the best in the contest dear.

    Love and peace always,
    mj.

Seems my muse is working overtime again, becomes wide awake and full of thought when I should be asleep. Love Juls
