She came from a country
Without any sun
Yet she smiled and laughed
With joy
A smart, simple girl
Who brightened the stars
In times when darkness
Controlled
And when she met him
He who was darkest
There came something between them
Like fire
A man without soul
No flare in his eyes
Just spark, and sharp teeth
That pierced
He saw she was sunshine
So he couldn't touch
A bloodthirsty creature
As he
Yet he took her for dating
And watched her light up
She loved him to death
Literally
It took quite a while
To find every answer
And some, still blank
And lifeless
There would always be danger
And uncertain risks
To a love drenched in blood
Like theirs
If you can manage to capture
A vampire's heart
You are one special girl
Indeed.

Daaaaaaayum i have to give you super kudos for this poem my dear. being a vampire myself, i thought you did an excellent job. it even sounds like a good storyline for a story. i loved it.
