The sun shines on me,
Like hope in the sky,
Feeding the flowers,
In the early morning,
On this fine May day.
As mother and child,
Walking hand in hand,
I can feel your touch,
In perfect clarity,
On this fine May Day.
If only Spring could be like us,
This month Forever youthful,
In perfect health,
But filled with wisdom,
Could I be happy,
On this fine May Day.
