If I fall from this cliff of of almost truths
And full blown lies
If I drown in this ocean of empty love
And broken trust
If I were to leave and not come back
Would you cry for me
Do you see my pain
Delight in my hurts
Would you take joy in the fact
That it was you
You took the beautifully dark knife
Of the love I gave
You smiled at me and I took your hand
Cutting me deep
With your icy gaze
Your tears burnt my soul
But you'll never know of the price love demands
Because you first fell from the cliff
I will cry for you, but the knowledge hurts
That you fell from the cliff
You died because of me
I pushed you off the cliff
And I'm sorry
