In the distance
a small figure
with fist raised
stands like the breaker against the waves.
A million men army he faces
yet he is still ready to blaze
or maybe
just spit in their face.
It all began with the thought
I will not fall victim to this fate
no matter the pain
this freedom can never be taken away.
A heart of steel
among the masses of basil wood
having no idea
of fear.
Seeing the tyrants reign
with guns aimed
watching the child be slain
his heart ached.
So upon this hill
with crystal will
the echoes of this lonely fighter
can never be smothered.

Very moving piece. I like. =]
The imagery used here is wonderful.. I especially like the "heart of steel" idea. Very nice.
