Within eternity's balance, war's been waged-
blithe winds bid shadow's mythos ebb soft to sea,
ebon wraith flexed lens of maddened eye, enraged.
Stampedes of mind astride change, bent will to knee-
brunt gusts set to quiver, as mere pawns in hand,
floundered beneath all creation, wet with plea.
Relegation carried former fears to sand,
sunk from sight as purpose; obstacles removed
by lance of perseverance to conquer land.
Continuity of connected veins, proved-
purpose as domain of more than random fools,
who once stood aside watching as Atlas moved.
Now in present presented, hope denies rules,
while drops of courage collect useful in pools.

Collaborations are tough, but Terza Rima Sonnet too? I am so taken with the talent in this verse and your exceptional use of powerful and prevalent language.
Stanza 4 is by far your best, but that does not take away from stanza one which opens as a velvet curtain to ACT I SCENE I of any famous stage production.
Very very well done you two. Form is - as you know - spot on.
