Why, hello Kiarna.
Not so good a day?
Well that's quite all right,
That is ok.
'Cuz we're going to have some fun
And play when you get better.
We can do anything you want,
But for now, enjoy this letter.
I know it's nothing special,
I know it's nothing new.
I just want you to know
That your friends all miss you too!
I sincerely hope that you get well,
But until that joyful day,
Though we've not met, Li'l Miss Kiarna,
I'll pray for you anyway.
Don't lose that smile on your bright face,
How strong and brave you've been!
Unfortunately I must leave you now,
And I pray we may talk again.

Author notes
I absolutely love kids. My first two contests were only about them. I am hoping to be a child social worker when I'm older. There is something about a child's smile that makes all my problems go away. They are truly a gift from God. Get well soon.

Thank you for your beautiful entry for Kiarna, she is not doing well at all, has missed 6 weeks of school, and is nowhere near better, which is very distressing, so I thank you for this lovely entry, good luck in our contest, Josie & Kiarna
