Trapt

I'm alone in this room
Anxiety surrounds me
I want to run
But my escape is bolted shut
So I just...
I just close my eyes
and I start...
start whispering that song...
That one song Mommy used to sing to me
Suddenly everything is gone
I'm with her again
All my problems are gone
Its just her and me
Our smiles under the cloudless sky
Playing in the park
I'm just 10 years old
she pushes me on the swings
I am giggling....
Oh how I miss that...
this wonderous memory makes me realize
that right now...


I am singing to survive

    This one...

    Almost made me cry. I guess because my mom left when I was tree. My favorite part is

    she pushes me on the swings
    I am giggling....
    Oh how I miss that...

    I like this part because it's one of my memories I have of that day she left me...Is sad yes but it's a memory.

    I like how effective this tittle is on this poem.

    This is a very good write. ^^
