I am always attacked,
But I don't really care;
The sky holds more promise
Than anything on the ground.
I am learning to fly
An arrow pierced me but I
Care not to check the wound.
A million miles away
Yet i can so nearly touch it.
The rainbow is learning to fall
As quiet as my vision
When the bullet pierced my skin;
Tiny, twisted tomfoolishness.
I spit without lowering my gaze.
I drip with blood but my eyes
Are glued to the colours in the sky,
We both long to be closer
But is it just a dream?
The yellow meets the green
Which quickly morphs into blue
That will never happen to me:
This smile is stuck to me with glue.

WONDERFUL!!!!
Even through the attempts of others to change our lives and events that happen to change us also we keep looking towards our dreams and keep them close to our hearts.
