A comparison.
Is it family honor that gets in the way?
Or knowing I'm immune to fool proof lies?
What is it about him thats better than me?
Can you connect with him?
Are his mood swings less intense?
You're the cause of mine, just thought you should know.
Or is it because I'm not a little girl anymore?
Do I make you nervous because of the past?
Do you cling to him because he's your mirror image?
Do I look so much like her that you can't treat me like I'm a real person?
Is my laugh to similar? Or does my voice just sound the same?
Do you believe for one second that I enjoy your drawn out scientific explanations?
I do it because I'm trying.
Not because I care.
You're terrible at keeping it a secret.
You love him more than you love me.
Yet, every day that goes by without a call,
I wonder, hope, dread to know...
If you're still alive.

This is a good idea but I dont think its written as well as it can be. You could work on your images and your use of your vocabulary. I like it though. I like the idea. nice job.
