Love’s Our Light Through The Storms (Collab: poeticweaver)

Missing image
Meaningful thoughts meander inside storms,
but our love grows like a rose in concrete.
Romantic sighs whisper when loves’ reborn
the moment we met our souls felt complete

Ever since our hearts found one another,
storms would drift, leaving us in passions calm.
You are the air that I breathe, sweet lover,
to the wounds of the past, you are my balm.

God blessed us with so many holy nights,
as we have shared our hearts entwined sincere.
My love for you in early morn takes flight,
for you I’d soar through any storm my dear.

Sailing rough waters, we’re still close to Him,
He’ll guide our ship’s sails that holds us both in.

Author notes

Once again, I am blessed to pen such beautiful words with a most precious gift from Heaven, my Angel in Black.. I love you hon, Thanks again.

    Excellent!

Although I've lost faith in true love, it is all so beautiful to witness it as I have here in your poem. "Meaningful thoughts meander inside a storm" Great Line.
