This sea of spilled blood
ripples delicately
within the echoes
of past pain.
Silent screams
permeate the landscape,
a testament to
dominions quest.
Deep into earth's bowels
blood flows,
veins leading to
bigoted arteries.
In childlike innocence
heart heaves
again and again,
in pleading faith,
for suns warmth
and acceptance.

Magnificent!!
Love how You took the prompt and penned in 50words...
images that stain the Mind~ (no pun intended)
Deep into earth's bowels
blood flows,
veins leading to
bigoted arteries.
These lines especially bigoted arteries
grab and shake hard~~
Thank You for sharing Your Talent and Spirit~
Many blessings to You in the contest Sweet One
Best wishes too
and much love~ Desire~*~
