I am Miss Kitty, fresh off the Sydney bus.
There's no one around here that I can trust.
Soon after I arrived in this bustling town
I became a victim of the Quacker Shakedown.
Knowing not that the delinquent Sydney Ducks
Lurked in parks and puddles beneath trucks.
At knife point they stole my brand new collar,
They would pawn it later, turning a dollar.
This is but one crime by the duckling brothers.
Needing money for crack corn, there'll be others.
Who will end their violent robbery spree
And make the world safe for kittens like me?

This poem based on a humorous picture prompt of a kitten being held at knife point by two delinquent ducks.
