I knew who you were
The moment we met
As though I had known you forever.
You truly were an angel
Sent from God
And our beginning
Was like a soft teardrop
Running quickly
Down to smiling lips,
And each time
We came together
We would touch each other
In ways
That would mirror our soul.
You were like a breath of wind
Moving me gently off-center
So I would receive
The deep tender pleasure of you.
But, now, my day is heavy,
And I drink pain,
The pain I felt when you left,
As your time came too soon
Goodbye my friend
Sometimes, I fear I’ll miss you
Far greater
Than I have ever loved you,
And I’m missing how you were
But I will always remember the sweetness of you.

Danielle had that special thing about her....she always tilted her head to the side when she thought. Whenever I would think lowly of myself, for whatever reason, she tilted her head to the side and said, "Myles, your mirror must be broken because all I see is an Angel" in turn, SHE was my angel
Love,
Mylee
