Where did that come from? And why does like every second or so poem you write remind me of 1889-1945 these days (at least at the beginning)?

Oh, most certainly!
This girl is looking at herself in the mirror and saying all this to the person inside her who is always so fragmented and unsure of herself... and messing up all too often. Much remorse, guilt, and insecurity going on here as she speaks to herself in the mirror.
