Nature's Beauty

The sun's light is flowing through the branches
The dew of the morning is dripping from the grass
The puddles of water reflect
All the things I wish could last.

Soaking up the sunlight

I suddenly feel at peace

Nothing in this world

Could cause this feeling to cease.

My eyes see all that

Is in nature's hold

I stroke the petals of a newborn rose

and watch it's petals unfold.

Something inside me tells me

This is where im supposed to be

In nature's sweet beauty

Forever caressing me.
