Rasping breath,
The memories are flashing,
Shivering body,
As I come crashing,
Down into this hell pit,
This place of madness,
A tidal wave of thoughts
Come out of the badness,
Dragging my lifeless body,
Further down,
I may as well give up,
I'm going to drown,
In my own thoughts,
My own bubbling brain,
It's meant to be stable,
But it's going insane,
A chill clasps my limp body,
And tightens it's grip,
Then sucks all the horrors dry,
Until my stomach does flips,
Then it forces them down my throat,
To within,
So I'm forced to relive them,
See all the sin,
My eyes open wide,
As I see the blood,
Pour from his side,
I see it flood,
In rivers that turn to lakes,
Down the stairs,
Under the door,
But nobody cares,
I get thrown back,
Into my room,
Just one flash has,
Made my world turn to gloom.

Sorry it's not great. I tried to describe it the best I could but didn't go into too much detail.
