I love you
Even though you are gone
You are still beside me
Helping me through this crazy life
People say you died
But that is not true
For your soul lives on
You are with Jesus now
For your body was simply a tomb
A place that God gave you to be able to carry out his will
You are missed in this world
But, even if I had the chance
I wouldn't bring you back
Knowing where you are now today
I could not bring you back knowing that you would have to do it all again
I will always miss you
But I will see you again
But not yet
Not today
And until that time comes
I will live my life to the fullest
And you will always be in my heart
