you formed me with your own pen
you portrayed me as the poetry
signified me as benevolent with all your
blissful influences
caused me proficient to eyewitness
to cerebrate, to celebrate all that
which you made me attainable
then why should I remain
separated from you? No not at all,
I bow my head
displaying all my gratefulness
promising yourself that
whatever I am performing
that will be indeed
in the boundaries of your wishes
Oh God...

This is truly a wonderful prayer. I do like the way you have written this. I also think your picture goes wonderfully with the prayer. You are a wonderful writer. Even though I don't know who you are yet... I know you write well by reading this.
Thanks for sharing this with us and thanks for entering this into my contest. -
I declare your best!
My favorite of your meditative prayers...from a humble heart...Truly, this is a masterpiece of words and expressive feelings to our almighty God!

Amazing again, let God giude your every step and give him thanks for the good you do. Wonderful my friend, only you can write of purity such as this.
Many blessings to you.

A beautiful prayer/poem.
"...benevolent with all your blissful influences"
Your humility in prayer is just lovely.
I enjoyed reading this prayer/ poem.

-
so inspiring! what i liked:
whatever I am performing
that will be indeed
in the boundaries of your wishes
and
you formed me with your own pen
you portrayed me as the poetry
signified me as benevolent with all your
blissful influences
actually I loved it all but those lines struck me especially.

-
Humble, penitent...your prayer even without listening to you...speaks volumes of a contrite heart....Would so that we all would be of the contrite heart...do not refrain from sharing your prayers...

This is absolutely beautiful. The poem itself is powerful, but made much more special when heard spoken with your own voice. Thank you so much for sharing it this way.
My favourite lines;
then why should I remain
separated from you? No not at all,
Simply wonderful and touching write. Thank you.

-
This is so lovely! Liked listening to your reading of it also...I really appreciate your understanding of God in this. Thanks!

-
This simply brings me to tears.
'then why should I remain
separated from you? No not at all,'
To find such connectedness in all the places,
even those where unexpected
and neither consciously asked for,
points to such immediate Generosity.
To walk with true intention
that we may remain covered
by His loving guidance and protection.
Also knowing that He is free from all fault
even when our remembrance falters.
Hearing this from your own voice is truly appreciated,
This serves to plant the seed of reminder deeper and with wakeful refreshing impact.
This is received as a true gift from Him.
My thanks to you
May I call you Prahbu my dear friend?

Wonderful
Powerful and it has been a while since i have read poetry and this was wonderful

-
Oh wow, I've never seen the use of a youtube video on an allpoetry poem and I must say, I think it's fantastic. When a poet reads his own work it always gives a better indication of how the lines were meant to be understood.
I not only like your subject matter (God is big, for sure), but your response to that subject matter--- which ultimately is to bow your head and recognize God's penmanship (of us, of nature) and authority. Thank you for sharing this poem in the contest! -
yes, my brother, your voice does carry warmth and conviction very well. It also expresses the clarity of your beliefs which is marvelous too.

peace and good fortune

Your poetry has always moved me in the direction of a good and Holy God, and I have always felt secure in the knowledge that God is speaking through you to us. Your poems are the light, my friend. Indeed, they truly are the light...

powerful from title on
oh ingrattitude is no direction indeed
you are specific as Psalm 139:16 'Your eyes saw even the embryo of me,
And in your book all its parts were down in writing' the way you commenced, from which we have means. this authorized use for life is not so succinct as a kiss so to speak, but further with light from him we see light gets heightened in song for us to only know love also delicately via his gift.
So your verse on our design for recognizing, "to cerebrate, to celebrate all that
which you made me attainable" is to transit as you did to your next stanza.
and James says if we draw close to God he will draw close to us, but we need to want to know the margins. such a hoarding of heart to not just blurt but powerfully by lines of this relationship and balance from the one teaching us to benefit ourselves. the fostering signified through Isaiah 48:17 brings us spiritual instead of spiraling with abilities but without purpose. do have conversing confidence to connect your energy to care --
I didn't have sound card, but your presentation emphasizes need for quiet heart and is worded well...
babies are my subject -
Excellent
You leave me speechless,truly!
I simply loved these lines:
you formed me with your own pen
you portrayed me as the poetry
signified me as benevolent with all your
blissful influences...
Congrats and best regards!
