God granted me this bundle of love,
Intrusted me in her care.
For this tiny little angel,
how to love and share.
I will give her butterfly kisses ,
and make her smile each day.
For in return my heart will yearn,
I love you grandma she will say.
Oh and within her eyes I shall see,
the Lord looking back at me.
And in that moment feel heavens embrace ,
while looking upon his angels face .
I will buy her her very first baby doll ,
and hear her scream in delight.
For upon her first christmas ,
as the tree twinkles in her eyes.
And every night a prayer I will send,
to God up above.
Thanking him for this gift,
of the purest love .
