Tree of Beauty...
You accent the building well
Hiding it's oldness
Adding elegance
And artistic strokes...
You make the scene feel anew!
Your graceful branches
Reaching upward,
Make your eyes follow its form
Showing how Nature has beauty too.
So hug the tree...
Thanking it for its gift.
For trees have feelings too
And when loved,
They show even more Beauty!

This is a poem of address
and is a pleasure to read.
As with many fine poems in this contest, you have drawn attention to the aesthetic things that matter in life.
There is a spontaneity to your writing.
'So hug the tree...'.
Thank you, Will the
ler.

This is lovely.
OH those things we take for granted. A wonderful reminder that we should appreciate instead of ignore. ~Pamela

Lovely sentiments. I happen to agree that plants need love too. They lend so much beauty to this world, they deserve something back. ~ Joyce
