Fibromyalgia really is "The Battle They Can Not See".
There are still people who don't believe it exists. I would never wish the pain on anyone, yet wish they could somehow understand.

I don't quite know 100% the syptoms and causes of this condition, but it does sound pretty life consuming and tormenting. I'm sorry you know how it feels, because I know that many disabilities can just effect your life. I can never drive due to being partially sighted, which really gets in the way and there's no way to fix my condition, as it's to do with the optic nerve not the cornea or retina.

Congrats on the HM!
Very well put, it is hard for people to understand the blight of chronic pain, unless they to suffer from it. This is a very powerful and intense poem, superbly penned

This describes it quite well. It is true that many people have a hard time accepting an illness that they canot see. I have often said that I wish they could just live in my body for ten minutes. They would be screaming to get out. You have done a nice job with this poem. Blessings, Patty

Well Written
This is very well written. I also have fibro and understand the pain. Take comfort in knowing that you are not alone. This is written so that anyone can understand what it is like.
Blessed be to all

This is very good. I also have Fibro so I know your pain and suffering. It is so hard to get through some days. It's like having interminable cancer with no end in sight. No expiration date and no understanding or empathy because we look so well. I have found it though to be my path of enlightenment and a blessing. It is hard to maintain positive thoughts and self love and forgiveness but I've learned some really good tools to keep in my healing bag. I've written a story call "The Blessing of Fibromyalgia". May you be blessed and surrounded by the Healing Light. skye01
