I look into a mirror See nothing of importance
The reflection before me Nothing but a lie
The make-up covers the truth Im disgusted with myself
People say it isnt true, Isnt it though?
I hate the person who stands before me
The make-up removed only shows The ugly truth below
A girl of no glamour, no beauty
Nothing but a worthless mistake
I look around me at others All I want to do is scream
Shedding tears of jealousy Though they fall silently
Knowing that future and time Wont be able to change this
What I am forever cursed with Wishing to be free of it
I look into the mirror It begins to shatter
The truth stands before me mockingly
The lies lie in pieces on the floor

This is heartfelt, pensive and gut wrenching. It is so easy to put on a facade for the sake of others so that they don't really know what is going on behind the scenes, so to speak.
I think the last line should be "the lies fall in pieces to the floor" as "the lies lie" seems to stunt the flow. Punctuation, with commas half way through your sentences where you start with a new capital would also be beneficial.
Lastly, advice.
You are only what you see yourself, but that does not mean that what others see is not real to them
