I'm sick of people trying to make me feel like shit
So I'm finaly doing something about it

I'm giving up
Giving up on drugs duh!

I'm not getting high
I'm not getting drunk
And with a deep sigh
I feel great as fuck!

I decide it was best
to just move on
Leave it all in the desk
Throw out the pot and coke
Make it all just one huge joke

I'm making myself better
and with this X on my hand
I know things are never better

She understands me
I'm glad she dosn't hate me
Drugs and smoking and drinking
It's all never going to happen again
I hope

I can focus on everything
Music, friends and family
Straight Edge is not that bad
Some people think it's pretty rad!

So now that I'm straight edge
do you think it's really bad?
Cause nothing will change
And we can still lay in bed
Together without care
We can even chill around in our underwear!
