Uncouth beneath thy heathen wings
Unbeknownst to all but thee
Calamitous Lies by voice unheard
Echo softly in narrowed ears
Words unsounded yet seared to and marked by all
Fear and portent yet set the staging scores
By burrowed lie and buried truth
A sound thus heralded doth thud dilute
Thunder by heaven and distort sky
Tidings and portents by number tide
Unsoiled soul and evil yet do abide
Righteous light content everlasting night
Earthly soil damp and dry
Doth tear and astride with mettles stride
Thy very land by this same day
Alas again by night so repeat by all time
Rippling air and boiling sea
Now buried in memory but still nonentity
Power by unearthly might
Puts up muster opposing nature’s rite
Coming tides and ancient habit
Creed and colour by belief varied and wide
Change and turmoil doth turn cycles
Trial by trials that never ever tire
