Mentality is the estate of the mind
It is good to focus to help you unwind
All the debris that has been planted for so long
Needs to be weeded to help you grow strong
Pull out the wild flowers in the garden of mind
Keep the soil nurtured with wisdom divine
Plant your every word and deed with care
And the mind will grow beauty beyond compare
Compost with compassion and love for all men
And converse with your maker about all of your plans
Water with tears of humanity’s growth
Always lending a hand when there is a need most
Keep yourself focused on the supreme goal
Of making the flowers of mind blend with flower of soul
