When you act selfishly
there are consequences
that must be considered.
Selfish actions will often cause pain
and hurt the ones you love.
Because you are only helping yourself.
It's is these actions
that nagg at your conscience
and tell you you've done wrong.
Where as if you act selflessly
then you cannot feel guilt.
