This works just fine! It didn't have to be in the 5-7-5 format, anything under 17 syllables or 17 emoticons would work...We juat wanted to have a fun, lighthearted contest.
And yours makes perfect sense, love of such an intensity that it had to burn out. I like that! I'm glad you entered the contest!
