Imagine a wood
Of frost scarred bark
Mist clinging to the air
Clouds hooded and dark.
Strange evil pixies
Leading the undead
Spirits in their lungs
That scream inside your head
This is where I live
Where nightmares are bred
Home to the most important
Paths,
That you will ever tred...

Amazed
I don't like throwing around the word "amazed" because I don't want to cheapen its effect but, I am amazed by this poem. It has such a vividly dark tone to it that thrills as much as it intrigues. You have grown so much since I started reading your poetry. That isn't to cheapen your earlier works.
Your earlier works are like fond memories while this poem shows your thrilling present. Great writing from a great writer.
