tantalized by a purple kiss,
shattered by my insgnificance,
cast a shadow into a lime light,
sacrificed to pathetic night,
by a knife sharpened on a duller blade,
believe the lie and toss the spade,
down onto cold earthen ground,
break the jade,
and hear the sound,
it helps to be,
just like me.
now the crimson hollow,
beacons to the past,
take the flowers,
a spell to cast,
lost inside the last,
the last person you've ever saw.
creeping up your legs.
