You can't spell, but the sentiment is so, so true: any religion is slavery.

You're not stupid for thinking the way you think, some people agree with you, they have said as much in a few of your comments. But when dealing with religion one has to remember that everyone has differing point of views and that NO one view is "Right" or "Wrong."
So you see, when you talk religion, its not stupidity when one knows all the facts and has made an informed decision about them. Just some food for thought. -

then it'll be good. but its not "God" who controls us, he merely guides us, if you want someone to blame for controlling us, look at the media. I agree with ButterflyforChrist, its the same with every religion, you could say that the Goddess is controlling us, and people would either disagree or agree with it.
I still maintain that the Media is the force controlling us. Think about it, and about who owns the media.

I agree with daddy...
God isn't the holder of "slaves" he doesn't force His will upon us...Or force us to be controlled by Him. He' gives us a choice. It's also how He love us. He never forces His love upon us...But gives us the choice to accept or decline it. He never "hunts us down" and makes us love Him back. Yes, His Son's death on the Cross bought us...Technically... But it's our choice to accept that gift He bought with His blood for us.
So in esscense...If we accept His will for our lives, and follow His commands...We are free under His control.
Sorry If I'm confusing you, I know I'm rambling..But yeah...

God is in control of me but not by force. It's not slavery because I choose it. It is called a bond servant. I choose God because I owe a debt of gratitude I cannot repay. If he was in control by force then you are right it would be slavery. I can walk away at any time but I choose not too. I love you princess, Daddy
