The simple words
of rejection
shatter the world you
built to keep
yourself strong.
Tears of regret drip
down your alabaster face,
until you
question the need
for existnace.
Walking down the
cemetary drive,
you let your
nightmares come true
without the
strength to fight
them off in to the dark.
Aone without
a shred of hope
to keep you fighting
against the
ghosts that plauge your soul.
You let the darkness
claim your existance
and wander
through the world
worthless.
No color catches your eye,
no body can see in
to your soul.
You only want to feel
the blood pulsing
through your veins to cease.
You want him to
read the stone and
remember you.
but deep down,
you know it's to late for that.
You walk alone,
rejected by
yourself.
