Smouldering blush
instilled in her face.
Eyes mystic
coniving.
Each breath one of passion
defeat
control
As she perches
quietly about
a vastly wasted throne.
Translucent hope
flutters distantly
under the moon.
She cares not for their attention.
Beings powerless against her
Her time had come
to subdue light
using a sympathetic tone.
Charred crevices dominate
her dominion.
nothing
revives dust
from colored wings.
The whole plagued world
consuming time
till she remains fallen
completely alone.

This reminded me of What About Eve (an amazing movie!!)
Well done with imagery. I like how you tired it together from beginning all the way until the very end!

This does capture the essence of the picture prompt in its totality. The imagery is striking and I loved the ending.
nothing
revives dust
from colored wings.
The whole plagued world
consuming time
till she remains fallen
completely alone.
