Woman with Roses

She wears an Eden in her hair
and on her feet
sandles of ivy;
strings unto her yearning breast
a necklace of pearly seed ...
pendulum of promises

She presses red roses
in secluded valleys
of undiscovered joys,
making traces of sunkissed soil
and toning the seven colours
of repeated ecstasies

Mirroring her
in the deep wells
of his eyes;
mirroring her
in his moaning desires;

Whilst he jubilantly tastes
the golden ambrosia
and tenderly drinks
from abundant offerings
of the honey wine
of Virginity
