Immortal Love

Truly an unfamiliar sensation
I was caught in a whirlwind of a dream
The minute I reached out for your hand
And found that I had touched your heart

I was struck by a bolt of undefined energy
Was it Love? The thing that took me up into
A marvelous world of colorful sounds
Drowning in a passionate orchestra of
                      gently fusing fire and ice

Mighty ocean waves foam on the shore of my soul
As each word you speak touches the deep recesses of my mind and heart
You complete me

Faint memory-echoes sound in my head
And each new thing I learn about you excites me
As together, we ascend beyond all things human
And I find that this Love is immortal
Extending to eternity

Please tell me what you think

The power of true love. Never to be denied and the poet seems to find many ways to create their own idea of that love. A spendid write you have penned her poet. Of the true love shall lat forever
