I wonder if she knows how much – I love and miss her now, the music’s off, the laughs died down but still she’s on my mind
She said goodnight and kissed me, and tears rolled down my face, as I walk away, this night alone – a saddened desperate place
She says I’ll see you Sunday, and this I know is true but if Sundays only 1 more day why is it hard to do
I’ll count down all the minutes, and write a cheesy rhyme and thank you for the laughs we share – and being able to call you mine
I wonder if she knows how much my love for her is real, the girls may try to take me but it’s for you I truly feel
I hope she doesn’t worry, about not being mine, for the thought alone brings tears of pain to desperate aching eyes
I hope she reads this slowly and understands how much - I miss her so already – her soft and caring touch
I hope she sees the tears that wrote - these many saddened lines, and knows how empty I would be if I couldn’t call her mine

***Breath Taking***
This is one beautiful poem i would kill to have the skill to write! I loved it very very mouch. My favorite part would have to be, hands down,
"She says I’ll see you Sunday, and this I know is true but if Sundays only 1 more day why is it hard to do"
because i feel like that when my boyfreind says he will see me tommorow. loved it so much. keep writing great poems like this one and you will be famous one day. no lie.
