Planting trees,
at least a thousand,
on Virginia Key
In the coastal hammock,
summers there will be
creamy white flowers
Black fruits and seed
of native sabal palms;
wildlife feeding.
For the swampland and wetland,
water will flow as the natural
green Garden is restored
Catbirds,
butterflies,
turtles galore
Coccoloba,
sea grapes, blue
purple will pour
Renewal
in the dune community.

Aha, Olivia--in lieu of a photo link
perhaps the writer of vivid words
will take to brush and paint
for even more description!
